Faoi Rialachán Ginearálta an AE maidir le Cosaint Sonraí (GDPR), tá sé de cheart agat rochtain a fháil ar do shonraí pearsanta, iad a cheartú, a scriosadh, nó srian a chur ar a bpróiseáil.

Is féidir leat an fhoirm seo a úsáid chun iarratas a dhéanamh ar aon cheann de do chearta sonraí. B’fhéidir go ndéanfaimid teagmháil leat chun d’aitheantas a dhearbhú sula bpróiseálfaimid d’iarratas. Tá sé mar aidhm againn freagra a thabhairt laistigh de mhí amháin, i gcomhréir le hAirteagal 12 den GDPR.
